Picnic site available. The Farm was originally opened by the Princess Royal on 19th July 1977. It has always been a popular visitor attraction for East London families and schools. It is a place where young people and visitors can get close to lambs, pigs, baby goats, ducks and chickens. A range of native livestock and rare breed birds of prey can also be seen. School classes often use the educational facilities and services at the Farm's Visitors' Centre.
